Hi all,  

As many of you will have been experiencing, courier and freight services continue to operate under considerable strain.  Recent Omicron/Covid cases and related isolation requirements have only added to this challenge.  

As a result, our courier partners are adjusting pick-up times over the days/weeks ahead for collections from Hobeca’s warehouse.

This means there may be occasions when our late afternoon urgent despatch service will not be available.  We appreciate if you can place your orders as early in the day as you can. 

For bulky freight, delivery will take longer than usual at present, as our primary freight partner has placed limits on “non-urgent” freight collection/delivery.  Our warehouse/despatch team are working to find solutions, however we appreciate your patience given the circumstances.
