We are currently seeking a Sales/Customer Support Rep to join our team & help drive growth. Main role focus will be providing excellent customer service while supporting our field-based sales team’s success. This is a prime opportunity to build a rewarding career within Group HTC while developing long-term relationships with our customers. 


Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Building sales– providing solutions, resolving issues, and up selling products to customers throughout NZ.  
  • Ensuring expectations are met and exceeded in a prompt and professional manner – Provide accurate information regarding product delivery, tracking of special orders and back orders, maximise relevant sales opportunities on each call  
  • Log calls/interactions and process orders quickly and accurately in company database 
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales team to meet and exceed monthly team targets 


The Ideal Candidate shall possess: 


  • 1-2 years’ success in a phone-based sales environment  
  • Interest in tools, cars and/or DIY a bonus –product training provided  
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills a must – enjoy building relationships over the phone.  
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and administrative skills - accurate record keeping, data-entry, processing orders, managing multiple client orders.  
  • Self-motivation, good work-ethic and ability to work well within a positive team environment 
  • Full NZ driver’s license for occasional client / merchandising visits
